How often should I send a campaign?
You are allowed to send once a week to the distributor list. You can use the rest of your ten blasts to send to your own clients if you like, by creating a new subscriber list and importing them via CSV. We reserve the right to remove ANYONE who is suspected of abusing our service.

When sending a blast I am asked to setup a "reply to" e-mail address, what should this be?
- We now require noreply@suppliermail.net. This is for a few reasons - mainly because you'll get better open rates if you do. It also is due to the amount of out of office replies that you can get.

What's the best time to send a campaign?
Typically we recommend sending anywhere between Monday afternoon and Thursday morning. Monday morning people are more prone to deleting e-mail and not reading it as they have to clean their inbox, and Friday afternoon people are ready to go home (Plus you won't have anyone around to answer phones Saturday). Also, schedule a campaign between 2 and 4 hours before you want it to arrive in their inbox, as it can take up to 6 hours to send 50,000 e-mails.

I'm using Internet Explorer and the Blast setup page is not working correctly!
Make sure you are using Compatibility View or use Mozilla Firefox.

I didn't get much response to my first campaign. What do I do?
Don't worry - it can take a few tries to get a good response. Be sure to keep the piece short and simple. Don't overwhem the user with lots of information. Also, don't forget to enter a text version of the e-mail. This is useful for people without HTML e-mail clients.

My campaign isn't sending!
Make sure you have clicked "Save Campaign Settings and proceed to statistics" after selecting your e-mail. Also, if you have removed the unsubscribe link the campaign will not send. If you have selected the blank template be sure to add the unsubscribe link and also make sure you have inserted plain text content by clicking on the "view plain text" link in the e-mail content builder.

What template should I choose?
We recommend the SUPPLIER MAILING tempalte (for supplier specials), or if you want something simplier, use the BASIC template. Note that by default all accounts show only the supplier mailing template. If you want to see all templates please e-mail support@blasthero.com with your account username and the request to see all templates. On the same token custom templates can be built but must be enabled.

I need to send my blast ASAP and don't have time to learn the software!
Even though the software is easy to use, we understand that sometimes time is of the essence. If you need us to load your artwork we can do so for $50. Simply send the artwork and subject to support@blasthero.com.
